A tool that reads your documents, builds a profile from them, and helps you write cover letters, check your fit against a job ad, research a salary range, prepare for an interview, and keep track of where you applied. A coach sits beside that work and answers questions about the hiring rules in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

It is a private project, not a company, run by one person. It is not an employment agency, not a recruiter, and not a legal, immigration, tax or career-advice service.

Nothing. There is no checkout, no card field and no subscription anywhere in it. Every account gets a fixed free allowance of AI work, paid for out of pocket. When that runs out you can connect your own AI provider key and carry on for free, paying that provider directly, at cost. Nothing is ever charged by JobKeit.

Because it is free, it comes with no service guarantee: it can be slow, it can be unavailable, and it can change or stop. Keep your own copies of anything that matters.

• The truth of your facts. JobKeit writes only from what you give it and invents nothing, which also means it cannot catch a fact that is wrong. Everything sent to an employer is sent by you, in your name, and is your statement.
• Reading before you send. The AI can be wrong, out of date, or miss the point of an ad. Nothing is sent automatically; read it, and change what does not sound like you.
• Your own account. One account per person, your own documents, your own password. Do not upload anyone else's documents without their permission.
• Lawful use. Not for misrepresenting your qualifications, not for bulk or automated applications, and not for anything illegal where you are.

No promise of an interview, an offer, or a job. No promise that a salary figure is what any particular employer will pay, or that a fit score predicts anything. No promise that anything written here is legally correct advice about visas, contracts or employment law: for those, ask someone qualified.

As far as the law allows, JobKeit is provided as it is, and the person running it is not liable for a decision you make on the strength of what it says.

Yours. It is used only to do your own work and is never sold, rented, or used for advertising. You can download everything and delete your account at any time, from Settings, without asking anyone. The whole picture is on the privacy page.

You can delete your account whenever you like, in Settings, and it is erased immediately and permanently. JobKeit can close an account that is being used to break these terms, and can stop the service entirely — with notice on this page where that is possible.

German law applies. The person responsible, and the address to write to, are on the Impressum.

This page is written in plain language by the person who built JobKeit, and reflects exactly how it works today. It has not had a lawyer's review. If anything here ever changes, the change will be visible on this page first.
